Shot blasting is a technological process of removing various impurities from different surfaces by using abrasive (abrasive is a material, often a mineral, that is used to shape or finish a workpiece through rubbing ).
It is use for surface protection and also prior-preparation of surfaces to furthur processing such as welding , colouring and coating like epoxy to give a shine tone concrete floor.
Shot blasting means that a machine projects a large number of small steel balls towards the surface of the floor and this way crush the surface. Most of these balls are then drawn back into the machine to be used again.
